Internal Window Cleaning
- All accessible internal glass surfaces cleaned and wiped down
- Dust, fingerprints, smudges and general marks removed from glass
- Accessible internal window frames and edges cleaned
- Accessible window sills and ledges wiped down
- Cobwebs removed from around windows and surrounding areas
- Handles and commonly touched window areas cleaned
- Final inspection to ensure all included windows have been cleaned
External Window Cleaning
- Accessible external glass surfaces thoroughly cleaned and wiped down
- Dust, dirt, fingerprints and surface marks removed
- Accessible window edges and frames cleaned where applicable
- Cobwebs removed from around windows and accessible external areas
- Accessible window sills and ledges cleaned where included
- Special attention to corners where dust and cobwebs accumulate
- Final inspection to a professional standard
Important Notes & Service Conditions
External window cleaning is limited to safe and easily accessible areas. We do not clean external windows located on high-rise buildings or windows that require unsafe working heights, ladders, elevated platforms, specialised access equipment or other high-risk access. Flyscreens must be removed by the customer before cleaning, and our cleaners will not remove or reinstall fixed or difficult-to-remove flyscreens unless agreed in advance. We do not clean cracked, broken, damaged or unsafe windows. Heavy paint, cement, construction residue, adhesive or permanent stains may require separate assessment and an additional charge.
Internal window tracks, deep frame cleaning and detailed screen cleaning are not included unless specifically listed in the selected service. We cannot guarantee complete removal of permanent water marks, mineral deposits, scratches, etching or existing glass damage. Customers are responsible for ensuring window areas are reasonably accessible and free from personal items before the service. External window cleaning may need to be rescheduled during heavy rain, strong winds or other unsafe conditions. Our team always prioritises customer, property and cleaner safety and reserves the right to decline work considered unsafe. Any work outside the standard service scope will be discussed with the customer and may incur an additional charge.
